Submitting a complaint
In order to make a complaint, follow the steps below:

1. Return / complaint form
Fill in the return / complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and the reason for the complaint, date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect.

2. Returning the product
When submitting a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and documents.

3. Shipping
The advertised product should be sent to the following address:

Return
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete the necessary statement (contact us info@loomac.com) and send it to our address along with the returned product / s:

To the package with the statement and the returned product / products, also include all accessories received with them and a receipt or invoice.

The funds will be refunded using the original payment method. The shipping cost of the returned item (s) is borne by the customer and is non-refundable. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
