All orders are sent within 2 working days if they are in stock. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are dealing with a large number of orders, shipments may be delayed for several days. Please allow for additional shipping days for delivery. In the event of a significant delay in shipping the order, we will contact you by e-mail or by phone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (s). (If applicable) The shipping number will be active within 24 hours.
Compensation:
Loomac is not responsible for products damaged or lost in transit. If you received a damaged order, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim as this is often required by the shipping company.
